New York Executive Order No. 38 Limits On State-Funded Administrative Costs & Executive Compensation

New York Executive Order #38 was released limiting state-funded administrative costs and executive compensation. Through the executive order, state agencies that provide state financial assistance must amend agreements with providers regarding administrative costs and executive compensation eligible for reimbursement with state financial assistance. The executive order included restrictions that providers receiving reimbursements must comply with.
