On March 29, 2024, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) approved an amendment to the Idaho Behavioral Health Transformation Medicaid 1115 waiver that will allow the state to reimburse family caregivers for providing Medicaid personal care services (PCS) to beneficiaries.
