Only 19 States & the District of Columbia Implement Automated Reporting Systems to Document Foster Care Visitations for 2003

Only 19 states and the District of Columbia were able to create computer-based reports that detailed foster care visitation frequencies in 2003. Nineteen of the reports were created with federally-sponsored systems, such as Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System, while the other report was the result of a state administrative review process.
