In October, OPEN MINDS ran excerpts of an article on Preferred Health Care, Ltd. (PHC) by William M. Alpert that appeared in the August 29 issue of Barrons. The article was critical of the management of PHC and the companys relationship to Four Winds Hospital.
David J. McDonnell, President and Chief Executive Officer responded to Mr. Alperts assertions. It is true that Preferred has entered a management services agreement with Four Winds . . .
