Eight former employees of DeKalb Farmers Market Inc. have sued the company, alleging it violated their civil rights by coercing them to attend Forum human development training sessions, according to an article by Marsha Brannigan that appeared in the December 8 issue of The Wall Street Journal. The suit was filed in U.S. District Court in Atlanta and seeks back pay and compensatory and punitive damages for the ex-workers, who complained that they were harassed and suffered . . .
