The Institute for Human Resources (IHR), a national mental health case management firm based in Rockville, Maryland, has designed a new, limited employee assistance program called Alcohol and Drug Abuse Management (ADAM) in response to the recent federal omnibus drug bill and the Defense Departments interim rule requiring contractors to conduct random drug tests, according to an article that appeared in the December 1988 issue of Drugs In The Workplace.
