The Delaware Valley HMO, which is owned by Blue Cross of the Greater Philadelphia Area, has selected The Counseling Program, located in Philadelphia, to provide behavioral health services on a risk basis for its 82,000 subscribers located in Delaware and the Philadelphia metropolitan area. The service contract will be effective April 1. The Delaware Valley HMO is based in Concordville, Pennsylvania.
