Value Health Inc. of Avon, Connecticut, has completed the acquisition of Preferred Health Care Ltd. (PHC) after shareholders of both companies approved the transaction, valued at approximately $400 million. Under the merger agreement, PHC and Value Health's subsidiary, American PsychManagement will join their behavioral health divisions to form Value Behavioral Health, covering more than 12.5 million people. </p . . .
