Eli Lilly & Company has sent letters to physicians stating that the company will pay all legal costs for physicians who are sued after prescribing the drug Prozac. The letters said that Lilly will defend, indemnify and hold you harmless against claims, liabilities or expenses arising from personal injury alleged to have been caused by Prozac, with the proviso that the physician appropriately prescribed the drug.
