On April 1, 1998 Ramsay Health Care, Inc. announced that it has acquired two youth services facilities, one located in Palm Bay, Florida and the other in Dothan, Alabama. Ramsay further announced that it will close a facility which is inconsistent with the company's new youth services strategy. Ramsay will close Greenbrier Psychiatric Hospital in Covington, Louisiana within the next 60 days. </p . . .
