Aetna Insurance Company of Hartford, Connecticut acquired Human Affairs International (HAI), a privately-held company based in Orem, Utah that provides employee assistance and managed behavioral Health programs, The Purchase amount, which was announced in June 16, was not disclosed. According to Robin Blair of Aetna's Employee Benefits Division, HAI is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aetna and will continue to operate as an independent entity.
