More consumers are able to name a specific hospital when asked to identify the best one for treating a particular illness, according to a study by Professional Research Consultants published in the May 9 issue of Marketing Week. Thirty-nine percent of consumers could identify a particular chemical dependency program as best and 35% of consumers could identify a psychiatric treatment facility.
