The National Association of Private Psychiatric Hospitals released the results, of a survey of 150 member hospitals on behavioral health managed care. The most frequently cited problems included:
- 87.3% Case managers demanded discharge too early
- 67.3% Managed care benefits did not provide coverage of follow-up or aftercare
