July 20, 1990 was the official opening of Turning Point, CPC Millwood Hospitals new Child & Adolescent Partial Hospital program. The program, which is located CPC Millwood Hospital West Annex in Arlington, Texas can presently handle 35 to 40 patients. Turning Point already has plans for expansion, according to Mary Perez, Unit Coordinator.
