Res-Care, Inc. announced on July 9, 1998 that it has completed the acquisition of the operations of Lifestyle Options and Opportunities, Inc., a not- for-profit provider of services to persons with developmental and other disabilities based in St. Louis, Missouri. Lifestyle Options and Opportunities, with approximately $2.9 million in annualized revenues, provides supported living services to 56 individuals.
