United Behavioral Systems, Inc. (UBS), based in Minneapolis has signed a letter of intent to provide managed behavioral health services with PrimeCare Health Plan of Milwaukee. The terms of the agreement, which were not disclosed, will be effective on November 1, 1991. Both UBS and PrimeCare are owned by United HealthCare Corporation of Minneapolis.

In order to deliver services for PrimeCare, UBS is establishing a network of mental health and chemical dependency providers in southeastern Wisconsin. </p . . .
