Foundation Health Systems, Inc. (FHS) announced on September 21, 1999, that its Colorado HMO subsidiary, QualMed Plans for Health of Colorado has signed a definitive Transition Agreement with PacifiCare of Colorado to facilitate QualMed's departure from the Colorado health care services market by March 31, 2000.
