Sheppard Pratt Health Systems (SPHS), a Baltimore-based non-profit behavioral health system, and The Granite House, Inc., located in Carroll County, Maryland, have joined together in an affiliation effective July 1, 1999. The two organizations have affiliated to enhance and expand programs to meet the comprehensive mental health needs of the growing communities in Carroll County.
