Premier Behavioral Health Systems (PBHS) must increase its net worth by $4.6 million or it will fall out of compliance with state TennCare requirements, according to a letter to the company on September 4 from Lisa Jordan, the acting assistant commissioner of the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance.
