Psychologist Thomas D. Francek was dismissed by a Detroit, Michigan newspaper following testimony in court that appeared to breach patient confidentiality according to a report in the September 24 issue of ‘The Washington Post’. The Detroit Free Press hired Francek three years ago and the Detroit News, two years ago as an in-house counselor.
