Two- thirds indicated that their workloads were too heavy and that the workload had increased in the past six months. One-third reported problems balancing professional and personal lives. Half felt their pay scale correlated well with job demands, although 30% received no raise last year. Nearly one-third reported a lack of career training or advancement path.
