Two members of Congress presented markedly different views on how to reform the nation's mental health system at a briefing here.
Rep. Tim Murphy (R-Pa.), speaking at a forum hosted by the National Journal and Janssen Pharmaceuticals on Wednesday, laid part of the blame for access issues in mental health on the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), an agency he has long derided.
