Managed Health Network Awarded with Health Utilization Management Accreditation On December 1, 2004, Managed Health Network, Inc. (MHN), a subsidiary of Health Net, Inc. was awarded a health utilization management accreditation by URAC, an independent, non-profit organization that promotes health care quality through accreditation and certification programs, for its managed behavioral health care program.
