New York State Faces Class Action Lawsuit on Behalf of Children with Serious Mental Illness
Seven weeks after New York Governor George Pataki announced a $125 million comprehensive mental health care package for children and adults, the Legal Aid Society (LAS) of New York filed a class-action lawsuit against the state on behalf of children with serious mental illness.
