North Colorado Medical Center Achieves Major Reduction in Inpatient Days
North Colorado Medical Center has achieved a 74% reduction in total inpatient days through its Behavioral Health Care Coordination Project (BHCC). The BHCC Project was developed in 1997 to meet the unique needs of behavioral health patients who had the highest readmission rates and a pattern of not following doctors advice.
