Dallas MetroCare's Financial Troubles Prompt Closer Look at NorthSTAR
Financial troubles at Dallas MetroCare Services (DMCS), a community mental health center serving the residents of Dallas County, Texas, has resulted in the layoff of 10% of its workers. The financial problems at DMCS could have an impact on its participation in the NorthSTAR behavioral health Medicaid pilot program.
