An independent review of community perceptions of services provided by Centerpoint Human Services (CPHS) the Local Management Entity (LME) in Forsyth County, North Carolina found dissatisfaction with the accessibility of the LMEs services, collaborative relationship building, administrative quality, and community-wide planning and stakeholder involvement. CPHS was advised to:
- Improve its communications with the community and improve community participation
- Better identify problems
- Increase the availability of services at all levels . . .
