New York State Approves Proposal for Mental Health Special Needs Plan in Western New York

New York State Mental Health Commissioner James L. Stone recently announced that a proposal for the establishment of a Mental Health Special Needs Plan in Western New York has been accepted. The proposal was submitted by Western New York Behavioral Services, Inc.
