Magellan Subsidiary Acquires Home Care Options and Pathways
National Mentor, a Boston-based subsidiary of Magellan Health Services, Inc., recently announced its purchase of Home Care Options, a non-medical elder home care provider serving northern California, and Pathways, a rehabilitation provider of services for individuals with developmental disabilities in Santa Fe, New Mexico. These two companies, with combined annual revenue of approximately $2.6 million, represent Mentor's efforts to expand its national human services network.
