CMS to Partially Rescind Medicaid Targeted Case Management Rules

On May 6, 2009, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) released an interim final rule that proposes to partially rescind Medicaid rules on targeted case management. In the document, CMS clarified that rules about case management would be rewritten to remove references to programs other than the foster care program.
