Psychiatric Solutions & Horizon Health Corporation Merger to Close Earlier Than Expected at End of May 2007 On May 25, 2007, Horizon Health Corporation and Psychiatric Solutions, Inc., (PSI) announced that the acquisition of Horizon Health by PSI will be completed earlier than expected, on May 31, 2007, because the Federal Trade Commission waiting period ended early. The closure will still be subject to customary closing conditions. The waiting period was imposed by the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976.
