Magellan Health Services Wins Maricopa County Behavioral Health Contract On June 12, 2007, the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) awarded Magellan Health Services a contract to act as the regional behavioral health authority (RBHA) in Maricopa County. The award was issued in response to a Request for Proposal (RFP HP63209) issued in January 2007. The contract is valued at $500 million per year.
