Ohio’s Franklin County Awards Child Welfare Case Management Contracts To Incumbents National Youth Advocate Program & Permanent Family Solutions
On April 25, 2012, the Franklin County (Ohio) Children Services (FCCS) Board awarded two contracts for child welfare case management services to the incumbents—National Youth Advocate Program and Permanent Family Solutions, a division of The Buckeye Ranch. The contracts, together valued at $47.1 million, started June 1, 2012 and will run through May 31, 2014. The National Youth Advocate Program contract is valued at nearly $19.3 million; the Permanent Family Solutions contract is valued at more than $27.8 million.
