On July 7, 2008, Mental Health America announced Julie Clark as its new vice president of health care reform. She will lead the organization’s Healthcare Reform Department to develop state initiatives and advocacy efforts to influence policies in areas of health, mental health, and substance abuse.

Ms. Clark brings more than 30 years of experience in implementing, advocating, and shaping public policy in the mental health, disability, employment, and aging fields. She previously worked for the U.S. Department of Labor . . .
