Workforce Issues Key For County Behavioral Health Programs
Issues of recruitment, retention, and training were key issues discussed at the July 14, 2001 meeting of the National Association of County Behavioral Health Directors (NACBHD). A roundtable discussion of members identified critical workforce development issues for both front-line staff and professional staff.
