Camelot Care Corporation Merges with Providence

On March 5, 2002, Providence Corporation announced it completed and closed its merger with Camelot Care Corporation of Nashville, Tennessee. Camelot is a six state provider of foster care and community based services in Illinois, Indiana, Tennessee, Nebraska, Ohio and Florida. The merger makes Providence one of the country's largest providers of community based social services, counseling, foster care and other services to government beneficiaries.
