Ceridian to Sell Retirement Management Services to Newport GroupCeridian Corporation announced on July 26, 2006, that is will sell the major portion of its Retirement Plan Services (RPS) recordkeeping and administration business to The Newport Group, a retirement services provider based in Heathrow, Florida. The financial terms of the deal, set to close by the end of July 2006, were not disclosed.
