Lisa Cullins, M.D., Named Medical Director at California’s EMQ Children & Family Services On June 27, 2007, Lisa M. Cullins, M.D., was named as medical director at EMQ Children & Family Services in San Jose, California. Dr. Cullins will lead EMQ’s medical team in providing direct care and ensuring the use of best-practices in family and child-focused therapy.
