Princeton Community Hospital to Open 95-Bed Behavioral Health Pavilion in Bluefield, West Virginia

On August 1, 2008, the West Virginia Health Care Authority approved a Certificate of Need for Princeton Community Hospital (PCH) to open a behavioral health pavilion at St. Lukes Hospital in Bluefield. Diamond Healthcare Corporation will manage operations at the pavilion. The reopening is planned for the spring of 2009. The re-opened facility will have a total of 95 inpatient beds; 20 will be for adolescents.
