Financial Troubles Looming For Behavioral Health Provider Organization Health Resources Of Arkansas

On October 25, 2012, the board of Health Resources of Arkansas (HRA) learned from its new accountant that the non-profit behavioral health provider organization is years behind on payroll, unemployment, and pension payments.
