Home Care Workers Income $11.03 Per Hour, Up 3.5% In A Decade
Between 2007 and 2017, the average inflation-adjusted wages for home care workers rose by 3.5%, from $10.66 in 2007 to $11.03 in 2017. Home care workers earn a median income of $15,100 annually. Home care workers are personal care aides, home health aides, and nursing assistants who assist older adults and people with disabilities in their homes and community-based settings.
