The Kansas Department for Children and Families selected Health Source Integrated Solutions to provide Family Mobile Crisis Helpline services, replacing incumbent contractor Carelon Behavioral Health. The contract's initial term begins on July 1, 2026, and runs for three years, followed by two additional one-year renewal options.
The contract covers operation of a centralized behavioral health crisis helpline, 24/7 screening, and mobile response and stabilization services designed to connect children and youth in crisis to community-based services.
