91% Of Older Adults With Multiple Chronic Health Conditions Have A ‘Usual’ Health Professional
About 91% of Medicare beneficiaries with two or more chronic health conditions (multimorbid adults) in 2016 had a “usual” health professional, a primary care professional (PCP) or a specialist who provided preventive care.
