Indiana Office of Technology seeks a contractor to provide Contact Center as a Service for its 18 different agencies with approximately 5,000 agents. These agencies provide critical services which include applications for public assistance such as Medicaid, resolution of State tax related inquires, assistance with driver’s license, vehicle registrations and other motor vehicle services, and an operation of 24x7 child welfare hotline and assistance with unemployment insurance.
