Vermont Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living seeks a contractor to provide services to enhance and expand the provision of peer supports to adults with disabilities and to increase the availability of grant funds for home modifications. This request also seeks to strengthen advocacy for inclusion of Assistive Technology evaluations and services as covered services in health insurance programs and policies.
