Peninsula Regional Health System (based in Salisbury, Maryland) has joined forces with Nanticoke Memorial Hospital (based in Seaford, Delaware), and rebranded under the name TidalHealth. Under this new identity, the two hospitals will be renamed TidalHealth Peninsula Regional, and TidalHealth Nanticoke. Nanticoke Health Services first joined Peninsula Regional Health System on January 2, 2020; however, the new name was announced in late August.
