HonorHealth, an Arizona-based health system, signed an agreement with FastMed to purchase the remaining interest in 26 urgent care centers in the greater Phoenix area. The transaction is expected to close this summer. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. After the transaction closes, the centers will be rebranded as HonorHealth Urgent Care.

The 26 centers are currently operated under a joint venture relationship between FastMed and HonorHealth. HonorHealth also independently operates seven Urgent Care locations in the Phoenix area.
