Investors FFL Partners and Two Sigma Impact acquired a majority stake in Community Medical Services (CMS), which provides opioid addiction treatment services in nine states. Community Medical Services operates 45 opioid treatment program (OTP) clinics in Arizona, Alaska, Indiana, Michigan, Montana, North Dakota, Ohio, Texas, and Wisconsin. Financial terms were not disclosed.
