May 24, 2010 On May 21, 2010, the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS) released a request for proposals (RFP No. 539-10-51938) focused on ensuring the quality of care provided to residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities at the 13 State Supported Living Centers (SSLCs). According to the RFP, DADS has decided to seek a system-wide, measurable and sustainable quality assurance system for service delivery across the SSLCs.
