Mosaic, which provides services for people with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD), acquired The Vantage Group, Inc. (Vantage) a non-profit organization in Connecticut, effective July 1, 2021. Financial terms were not disclosed. Vantage will come under the Mosaic name and brand. No changes are planned to the service line. Vantage serves approximately 100 people annually.

Nearly all Vantage employees were welcomed as Mosaic employees. Vantage’s Chief Executive Officer, Rick Pittman, has become Mosaic’s director of mission opportunities in Connecticut.
